Mix two scoops of Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix (7 flavors to choose from) with 8 ounces of either skim milk, low fat milk, soy milk (preferable), or even water. For weight loss, additional amounts of Formula 3 Personalized Protein is required. The patented Herbalife Shaker Cup (part of the ShapeWorks Starter Kit) was designed specifically for this shake and makes the perfect complement (highly recommended). Water is also essential to help your body perform well so drink lots of water throughout the day (8 glasses minimum)in addition to the shake. Take ALL pills 3 times a day with food.

Lactose Intolerant:
If you have trouble digesting dairy products consider using our Formula 1 Instant Shake, which has no milk or wheat. Soy Milk (the unsweetened kind) which is readily available, very long shelf life unopened, and has lower fat content than even 2% skim milk. Alternatively, try a Lactose-free milk such as Lactaid™ or just plain water.

How Long does this program last?

• note: All the pills in this program lasts 30 days (1 pill, 3 times/day)
• note: The small Formula 1 shake in this program only lasts 11 days for weight loss, 22 days for weight maintainence.

For Weight Loss:
Consider the ShapeWorks Advanced Weight Loss Program instead; which has a larger size Formula 1 (750g) and 1 can of Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder.

Why do I need protein to lose weight? Adequate daily protein intakes range from 50 to 60 grams for women to at least 70 to 80 grams for men. Formula 1 Shake Mix contain up to 9 grams of protein (2 shakes a day = 18 grams); hardly enough for weight loss.

For Weight Maintainence:
Losing weight is Delicious and Easy with ShapeWorks but it is not necessary to replace 2 meals after you lose the weight. To maintain the 'new you', replace 1 meal a day with this shake. Once you drop the pounds you will most likely not need additional Protein as well. Don't forget to take Herbalife Enhancers, or as our customers say, "the pills" if you need them.

For Weight Gain:
In addition to the meals you normally eat throughout the day, have a shake for dessert. This will give your body lots of protein and nutrients to bulk up. Watch your caloric intake and exercise often.
